Why Become a Volunteer ?

Volunteers are a lifeline to the work of Age Concern and to older people in the community. If you feel you could support our services there are over 60 opportunities to choose from. We would be delighted to hear from you. You can be assured of an interesting, worthwhile role with the added benefit of making new friends. We also produce a quarterly Arkwright Flyer which details all that is going on with the volunteers.
If you would like to know more about volunteering please email for a Welcome Pack or call our Volunteer Co-ordinator who will have details of our vacancies.
