Service User and Customer Feedback

Everyone likes to be told they are doing a good job. The staff and volunteers of Age Concern Central Lancashire are no exception. Your feedback is very important to reassure us that we doing a good job, it helps us to improve the services we provide and to make sure that we are delivering the right services in the right way for you. It also helps us to learn better ways to avoid mistakes.

We regularly evaluate our services with the people that are using them to ensure we are not missing anything.




Tell us where you have received particularly good service from our staff or volunteers so that we can commend their efforts.

We know that our staff and volunteers try to do their very best for our service users and customers and some of them always go the extra mile. We feel it is important to those members of the team who have done a good job, that they receive positive feedback. If you would like to compliment someone in the team, get in touch with us we will make sure that the individual and their manager gets to hear about it.
