Our charity challenge is to trek for four days through this ever-changing landscape and to climb to the top of the massive Chigaga Dunes, where we will witness the desert sun-rise. The days will be hot, and the trekking will be tough, but the rewards of being part of one of the best fundraising events around, conquering this desert and the pleasure of having the volcanic Anti-Atlas Mountains as our backdrop will be worth it!

Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest freestanding mountain in the world and also the highest mountain on the African continent at 5896m, is a magnet for trekkers and climbers the world over and one of the most impressive treks charity events can offer. Its snow-capped summit rises high above the dusty African plains; huge permanent glaciers flow down from the summit, spectacular views and beautiful ice formations are the reward for pushing your limits both physically and mentally on this, the mightiest of charity challenges.

Cycling further, we bike through Maasai villages to eventually finish at the jaw-dropping UNESCO World Heritage Site – the Ngorongoro Crater Reserve. Our Indian charity cycle challenge will provide us with an ‘off-the-beaten-track’ adventure, through some of the best hill and desert landscapes that Rajasthan has to offer. We’ll cover a total distance of 400km over 6 consecutive days in the saddle through this fascinating region of India. Experiencing India at it’s best on this charity bike ride, we’ll have opportunities to explore the amazing painted “havelis” (mansions) of Shekawati – a remote area where rich merchants once aimed to outdo each other by painting their homes in ever more exuberant styles. Time has largely stood still since this extravagant heyday, making this a fascinating area in which to hold this charity challenge.

Our charity challenge adventure begins in the Inca Capital of Cusco – a fascinating city, full of colonial charm, hidden deep in the Andes Mountains.
