Dementia Support

Whether you have a diagnosis of dementia yourself, or are caring for a person who has memory concerns or diagnosed with dementia and living within Preston or South Ribble we may be able to offer support.

At Age Concern Central Lancashire we have a range of pioneering dementia services. These have developed in response to listening to the individuals and their families. We aim to meet the needs and wishes of people we support and make a positive difference to their daily lives. Our Dementia Services are based at two sites Charnley Fold Resource Centre, Cottage Lane, Bamber Bridge and Withy Trees Day Centre, Brackenbury Road, Fulwood, Preston, and within the community.  Take a moment to read Apple Pie, this demonstrates the ethos behind supporting people.
